Multidomain allows you to have several web sites on different domains within single Typo3 installation. This is useful when your sites has shared or related content or these sites belong to one complex project.

User management and permission's control is also very important feature of Typo3. These make it possible to have authorized users and groups and give to them different authorities. Typo3 provides to you a flexible management of user's permissions on pages, content elements and even on database tables. In conjunction with Workspaces this feature also controls workflow operations of content, such as create, edit, review and publish.

Access restrictions give you ability to temporarily hide some content without deleting and time limitations of visibility of the content. Hidden content can be previewed before enabling. This is useful when you are working with new content and don't whant to show it before finishing.

Login protected sections allow you to create a sections of the web site with restricted access and clients registration system. These sections will be visible only for the specified groups of users.

Clipboard is a usual feature of desktop application, which improves a productivity and usability. With Typo3 you will get even several clipboards, which allows you to copy/past content elements, pages and other records.

With perfect cache system Typo3 has a very good performance as on small sites, and the complex portals. And please note, last version Typo3 4.5 LTS has a long term support (3 year).

Some people say, that Typo3 is too complex and too large for small projects. This is partly true.
